The undergraduate Human Resource program provides a comprehensive introduction to how organizations manage their people to achieve strategic goals. Students study core HR functions, including recruiting and selection, training and development, performance management, compensation, and employee relations, as well as the role of HR within the broader management process. The program emphasizes practical skill development, ethical and legal considerations, and data-informed decision making in HR. Graduates of the program are prepared to support organizational effectiveness by aligning HR policies and practices with an organization’s mission, strategy, and workforce needs, and to pursue entry-level HR and management roles or advanced study in business and human resources.
