The Theater Program provides a broad and solid foundation in the artistic, intellectual, and practical aspects of theater that prepares students for professional careers as actors, directors, designers, playwrights, technicians, and administrators.

Must select 15 hours of theater electives, 6 of which must be from the 300 or 400 level. Maximum of three elective credit hours from approved courses from outside of the Department of Theater may be applied to the major General Theater Electives

The 3 year degree plan is available for the students meeting the following requirements: - Student is an incoming freshman to the on-campus program
- English placement score into ENG 105/107 or GH 101 & GH 102
- Math placement directly into Quantitative Literacy category
