The Master of Science (M.S.) in Sport Science is a 36-credit program designed to prepare students for careers at the intersection of human performance, data analytics, and applied sport science. The program integrates advanced coursework, laboratory experiences, and field-based athlete monitoring to develop professionals capable of optimizing performance, recovery, and health across sport.
Students will gain hands-on experience using cutting-edge technologies while learning to interpret and translate data into actionable insights. The curriculum emphasizes scientific literacy, data-informed decision making, and interdisciplinary collaboration. Graduates will be equipped to pursue careers as sport scientists, performance analysts, strength and conditioning specialists, or applied researchers in collegiate, professional, and tactical settings, or to advance to doctoral study in related disciplines.
