The Master of Science in Human Resources prepares individuals to be effective business leaders. Competencies designed into the program focus on planning, managing, organizing, and evaluating strategic human resource functions such as global practices, staffing, employee benefits, training and employee development, and organizational change interventions.
One-year pathway to graduation or the selection of a concentration (9 credit hours) are program options. The concentration option can be completed in one and half years.
