 (15 credits) HCM is an approach to employee staffing that perceives people as assets, whose value can be measured and enhanced through investment.  Utilizing digital and decision-support advances in compensation, learning, payroll, and workforce management applications allows HR to improve responsiveness to a business’ needs and to stay within compliance with more complicated regulations.  |
