Students matriculating a master’s of science in nursing have the option of selecting the concentration in Family Nurse Practitioner. Students must earn a “B”, or better, in all APN courses (any course that starts with APN), in order to progress in the advanced practice nursing concentration. The faculty has determined that the minimum course percent score for a “B” is 83%.

Courses in the 500 series are open to undergraduates as *400 series. Graduate students are required to do additional work of a research nature. A course taken at the 400 level may not be repeated at the 500 level. |
