The Textiles, Apparel, and Merchandising (TAM) Design minor is designed for TAM majors. Design minors learn the intricacies of designing and constructing clothing and accessories. Courses include sketching, pattern-making, textile design, fabric selection, and analysis of appropriate gament fit. A minimum of 18 credit hours is required. Prerequisites for all courses must be met, or the student must have the permission of the instructor.
