This minor may be added to the Indiana Professional Educator License. Its coverage is limited to the school settings covered by the major.

Required Courses for all Music Minors (14 credits):

 

Performance and/or Class Instrument Study (6 credits):

Students who test out of these courses must complete two MUS elective courses of thier choice.

Choose 4 semesters distributed according to the needs of the individual, from the following:

Music Education (8 credits):

Note:

MUS 391, 394, and 418 will be waived as prerequisites. Students who complete the General Music Teaching Minor will have MUS 325 waived.
