Chemistry Major - Bachelor of Arts (52-54 credits, including extra-departmental requirements) This program is designed for the student who wishes to pursue secondary teaching opportunities, enroll in a professional program in the medical or health sciences, or combine their interest in chemistry with a major or minor in another discipline.

Required Chemistry (33 credits):
Elective Course(s) (3 credits):
- Any 3- or 400-level CHEM course or combination of courses (with the exception of CHEM 330, CHEM 330L, and CHEM 399); or SCED 396L, or SCED 398L.
Required Mathematics (8 credits):

Note:
The following courses must be taken at Indiana State University: - CHEM 405 - Senior Seminar in Chemistry 1 credits
- Three CHEM lecture courses at the 3- or 400-level (with the exception of 330, 351, and 352).
- Two CHEM laboratory courses at the 3- or 400-level (with the exception of 330L, 351L, and 352L).
