HLTH 608 - Safety Legislation, Litigation, and Compliance

3 credits
An overview of legislation and record keeping requirements necessary for effective safety management compliance. Regulations promulgated by OSHA, MSHA, EPA, and DOT will be examined along with litigation strategies useful in loss prevention.
