CIMT 606 - Foudations of Libraries and Librarianship3 credits
An introductory survey course designed to expose students to the multi-faceted functions, responsibilities, and roles of libraries and librarianship in society. The course will establish a broad knowledge base of the profession relevant to subsequent program courses.
