AET 433 - Automotive & Mobility Service Operations

Description
Operations and management of service enterprises in the automotive and mobility sectors. Emphasis on EV readiness, safety and tooling, telematics/predictive maintenance, KPI dashboards, workflow design, warranty/compliance, and customer experience. Graduate students complete advanced research assignments.

This course is offered concurrently at the graduate level (AET 533). In certain circumstances, senior students may opt to take the graduate level version in lieu of this course.
