MGT 343 - Leadership and Organizational Change

Description
This course provides a study of behavioral processes of individuals and groups in work settings, with a focus on the application of leadership skills to influence those processes and to initiate and implement organizational change. 

Prerequisites
MGT 301 or BUS 371.
