Regulatory content applicable to the CPA exam not covered in Business 263, including contracts, sales, negotiable instruments, secured transactions, property and wills.

Prerequisites
BUS 263 or consent of Department Chairperson.

Open to graduate students. Graduate students are required to do additional work of a research nature.
