COUN 655 - Advanced Counseling Techniques

3 Credits

This course helps students strengthen and deepen their skills as counselors. This course allows students to build on the micoroskills learned in COUN 533 Techniques of Counseling. Students will gain knowledge in clinical practice including appropriate treatment interventions across a variety of populations. Also, students will be intentional in enhancing the utilization of their theoretical orientation. This course may include direct work with clients, as appropriate.
