PKG 584 - Packaging Design, Analysis and Testing—

An advanced study of packaging and shipping of goods in multiple quantities and for industrial applications. Includes distribution package design, use of special equipment in handling, storage and staging, docks and warehouse operation, and laboratory tests of environmental conditioning, compression, impact, shock, and vibration. Graduate students are required to write a research paper on the content of this course using APA (American Psychological Association) style.
