AVT 405 - Aviation Law

3 Credits

Description
Federal, state, and local legislation as related to the aviation industry. Case studies and discussion methods are used to show application of these statutes. Included is a study of latest legislation passed by the Congress and international conventions.

Prerequisites
Junior standing or consent of instructor.
