SPED 634B - Practicum Intense Interventions3 Credits This course is a field experience for the graduate level. The purpose of this course is for candidates to gain hands-on experience providing instruction for students with moderate to severe disabilities in a school setting. Candidates must complete 60 practicum hours in a school setting with 45 hours being direct contact with students who have moderate to severe disabilities. The school setting must have at least three students who have IEPs and are identified as having a moderate to severe disability. Candidates will be supervised by a mentor teacher and an ISU faculty member.
