3 Credits The course builds on the knowledge of historical research and methods introduced in History 600. Working closely with both the instructor and the master’s committee chair, students identify a research question, the relevant body of secondary literature associated, and appropriate primary sources. By the end of the semester, each student will have engaged in original research and produced a draft of his or her master’s project. The student should take this course only after having taken two other courses at the 600-level.
