Description
An introduction to contemporary legal theories, this course provides a practical application of knowledge through a moot court exercise. Guidance in applying to law school or entrance into the work force is also provided.

Note
Required course for all legal studies majors. Students may not take the course unless they have earned at least 75 credits. Students must earn a C or better in the course. Open to others by permission.
