FREN 404 - French Phonetics

Description
Study of the formation of speech sounds in the French language. Intensive practice in pronunciation with an emphasis on articulation, rhythm, and intonation. Includes study of dialectal variation and application for language teaching.

Open to graduate students. Graduate students are required to do additional work of a research nature.
