AHS 420 - Medical Nutrition Therapy I 3 Credits
Description This course addresses the basics for oral dietary modifications necessary to meet the needs of the body during pathological conditions while identifying complex metabolic and physiological interrelationships. Application of the nutrition care process to assess, diagnose, plan intervention, monitor and evaluate patient outcomes.
Prerequisites A grade of B- or better in AHS 324
