MBA 623 - Strategic Supply Chain and Operating Decisions
3 credits A study of how successful companies may use the operations function to create a strategic competitive advantage. Current issues and management methods used to produce goods and services in the modern global enterprise will be considered. Emphasis will be placed on the need to apply appropriate strategies and methods in a variety of manufacturing and service situations and in frequently changing competitive environments.
Prerequisites 610 and 612 or consent of the M.B.A. director.
