EDLR 658 - Collective Bargaining in Education

Designed to provide information about the problems and processes of collective bargaining in education and through simulation to develop skills in bargaining collectively, writing an agreement, dealing with grievances, and handling problems encountered when implementing a negotiated contract in a school system.
