CSS 410 - Cyber Law and Privacy in a Digital Age 3 credits
Description This course examines how laws have had to change to account for the expanded realm of crimes in the digital age. Additionally, this course will explore specific problems in applying law to cyberspace in areas such as intellectual property, privacy, content control, and the bounds of jurisdiction.
