MGT 457 - Human Capital Management Drivers 3 credits
Description This course examines the important internal and external environmental considerations that shape human capital management decisions and strategies. Issues related to the legal, economic/financial, social, structural and technological environments are considered.
Prerequisites MGT 301 or concurrent enrollment in BUS 371.
Note This is a required course for students in the Human Capital Management minor within the Management major. This should be taken in the senior year after taking MGT 425 and MGT 440. The course is open to all students who have completed MGT 301 or those who are concurrently enrolled in BUS 371.
