MGT 425 - Foundations of Human Capital Management 3 credits
Description This course provides an introduction to human capital management, defines and describes human capital management with special emphasis on strategic orientation, decision making, metrics, and analytics, and strategic success.
Prerequisites MGT 301 or concurrent enrollment in BUS 371.
Note This is a required course for students in the Human Capital Management minor. This should be taken in the latter part of the junior year or early in the senior year and should be taken concurrently with MGT 440. The course is open to all students who have completed MGT 301 or those who are concurrently enrolled in BUS 371.
