PKG 380 - Packaging Materials and Testing II 3 credits
Description An advanced course in packaging materials including a study of physical properties and material applications. Specific emphasis is placed upon plastics and other synthetic materials. Includes glass and metal, films, foils, sheet materials, and cushion materials. Laboratory analysis, application of scientific procedures, and use of test instruments are required.
Prerequisites PKG 280 and MET 215 or MATH 115 or higher or appropriate placement score
