PHIL 420 - Theory of Knowledge 3 credits
Description Alternative theories of the origin, nature, and possibility of knowledge. An introduction through classical and contemporary texts to the problems of perception, experience, reasoning, logical inference, a priori knowledge, testability, and presupposition.
Note Open to graduate students. Graduate students are required to do additional work of a research nature.
