Description This course provides a survey of the talent management function in organizations (including staffing, learning and development, total rewards, performance management and employee relations), and the role of talent management in the organization’s overall management process.
Prerequisites MGT 301 or concurrent enrollment in BUS 371.
Note This is a required course for students in the Human Capital Management minor within the Management major. This should be taken in the latter part of the junior year or early in the senior year and should be taken concurrently with MGT 425.
