ENGR 461 - Operations Research


3 credits

Description
This course uses advanced mathematical methods such as multi-variates linear algebra and matrices for optimization in variety of applications. Students learn about model development, simplex method, sensitivity analysis, traveling salesman model, integer linear models and more.

Prerequisites
MATH 231

Note
Integrated system modeling concepts, linear mathematical programming models including modeling, the simplex procedure, sensitivity analysis, dual theory, integer linear programming, traveling salesman model and more.
