PSY 306 - Psychology and the Legal System

Description
This course examines psychological theory and research as they relate to the judicial process. Topics covered include the insanity defense, eyewitness testimony, jury decision-making, violence prediction, and the role of psychologists in the legal system.

Prerequisites
PSY 101 or consent of instructor
