Description
Study of world hunger, its extent, etiology, and remedial measures. Global emphasis on nutritional concerns of chronically hungry individuals and populations. Dietary deficiency and its effects on overall health. Ramifications of hunger at the national and international level.

Prerequisites
201 or 221.
