Description A study of the organization and structure of the automotive industry’s parts, tools, equipment and accessory business. Traditional parts stores, mass merchandising, accessory specialists, warehouse distributors, and buying groups are investigated. Also included are market strategies and methods, distribution systems, sales techniques, and understanding of the various catalogs involved.
