A continuation of accounting principles and theory with emphasis on accounting for: intangible assets, liabilities, stockholder’s equity, investments, income taxes, compensation, leases, and derivatives.

Prerequisites
ACCT 301 with a C grade or better or consent of Department Chairperson.
