Critical overview of theories of administration as they relate to the functions and responsibilities of a variety of nursing and healthcare administrator roles. The student analyzes administrative theories and models for their practical application to healthcare, and collaboratively conducts an evidence-based leadership activity with appropriate preceptor in the healthcare setting.
