ENVI 540 - Human Ecology3 credits The purpose of this course is two fold: first to introduce evolutionary theory, models, and concepts used to investigate animal behavior, and second to review the literature and apply these models to primates including humans. Topics include living in groups, sexual selection, contests over resources, and the evolution of cooperation.
