FCS 429 - Nutrition in Wellness 3 credits
Description This course studies the role of food and nutrition in the attainment and maintenance of wellness and emphasizes the need for informed food choices to maximize health and well being.
Note Open to graduate students. Graduate students are required to do additional work of a research nature.
