FCS 423 - Medical Nutrition Therapy

5 credits

Description
Basis for dietary modifications necessary to meet the needs of the body during pathological conditions. Includes oral, as well as other enteral, and parenteral feeding routes.

Prerequisites
FCS 221; BIO 241; CHEM 330.

Note
Open to graduate students. Graduate students are required to do additional work of a research nature.
