FCS 421 - Nutrition through the Lifecycle 4 credits
Description Social, psychological, and physiological aspects of nourishing healthy individuals; investigation of the dynamics of the community and the relationship of nutrition services to the needs throughout the lifecycle.
Prerequisites 201 or 221.
Note Open to graduate students. Graduate students are required to do additional work of a research nature.
