FCS 420 - Advanced Nutrition

Description
An in-depth study in nutrition dealing with metabolic and physiological interrelationships at the cellular and multisystem level in humans.

Prerequisites
221 or consent of instructor.

Note
Open to graduate students. Graduate students are required to do additional work of a research nature.
