Description Presents the essential features of the field of macroeconomics to convey an understanding of how a market economy functions at the aggregate level. Major elements include: national income accounting, unemployment, inflation, investment, aggregate demand and supply, the monetary system, stabilization policy, economic growth, and international trade.
