BEIT 337 - Managing Information Resources and Staff 3 credits
Description Emphasizes effective management of information resources and the importance of understanding end-users information needs. This course expands upon passive end-user support to include identifying, planning, organizing, and optimizing information resources to enhance productivity of knowledge workers, and contribute to overall organizational strategy. Development and management of end-user support staff is also included.
Prerequisites BUS 330 or 371 or consent of Department Chairperson.
