The Office of the University Registrar is here to provide information and services to meet the needs of the Indiana State University community: students, faculty, staff, alumni, and parents/families. We are responsible for academic calendars, academic records, catalogs, commencement, degree audit software, degree certification, enrollment verification, official transcripts, schedule of classes, student registration, transfer credit, veteran certification and so much more!  It is our privilege to serve and support you.   The BLUEprint has been designed as a resource to answer the most frequently asked questions about services and procedures at Indiana State University. It is intended to help you successfully transition to college life and become fully engaged in your college educational experience. The information provided in the BLUEprint is meant to complement the academic catalog.
