Business Administration Minor

Business Administration gives students the opportunity to explore a diversified curriculum. Fields in business that are covered in this minor are are: accounting, finance, management, management information systems, and marketing.

Required Courses for Business Administration Minor:

Accounting:

ACCT 200 - Survey of Accounting 3 credits
or
BUS 201 - Principles of Accounting I 3 credits

Finance:

FIN 200 - Fundamentals of Finance 3 credits

Management:

MGT 301 - Survey of Management 3 credits
(Prerequisite: junior standing.)

Management Information Systems:

MIS 276 - Business Information Processing Systems 3 credits

Marketing:

MKTG 301 - Introduction to Marketing 3 credits
(Prerequisite: junior standing.)

Electives:

3 credits from 300-400 level business courses for which the student has the prerequisite.
