An in-depth examination of women's history in the United States (A), Europe (B), or the Wider World (C) with particular attention to their status and roles in different historical periods and cultures, and to cultural constructions of femininity. May be taken three times for credit towards the major or minor when topics are different.


Note
Open to graduate students. Graduate students are required to do additional work of a research nature.
